What type of massage do I need?
With so many different types of massage available, it’s completely normal to feel unsure about which one to choose. Much like looking at a menu in a restaurant you’ve never visited before, “ordering” a massage can feel overwhelming.
Our therapists are trained in a wide range of techniques. The easiest way to begin your session is simply to choose how many minutes you’d like. From there, our skilled team will guide you toward the style and approach that best supports your wellness goals.
30 Minutes: This is perfect amount of time to address one specific area ; shoulders, back, neck, arms, etc.
*Also beneficial for head and neck(sinus) during allergy season or sinus problems.
45 Minutes: This is perfect timing to address 1-2 areas of your body that need massage or for relaxation of a section such as upper or lower body.
60 Minutes: This is the perfect amount of time for full body massage.
75 Minutes: This is the perfect amount of time for a full body massage plus ability to supply extra attention to one area of your body.
90Minutes: This is the perfect time for a full body massage plus extra attention to 1-2 areas of the body.
15-Minute Headache Relief Add-On
Perfect for adding a little extra care to your regular massage when your head, neck, or shoulders need some additional attention.

Foot Massage Add-On 👣
Treat your hardworking feet to a little extra love. Enjoy soothing massage focused on the feet for an added touch of relaxation during your session.
